Booking and Cancelation Policies

Please Read All Information Provided Below Before Booking Your Appointment

Please note the following when scheduling online:

  • After you book your appointment you will receive a call to confirm your time and the service requested. 

    • A full payment is required when booking an appointment online. This is required to guarantee your time and services. Please know we can not see, nor do we have access to your financial information before or after you pay for your service.

    • If the service is cancelled 12 hours or more prior to the appointment then your payment will be fully reimbursed; if not, then said reimbursement will be fully subject to the terms and conditions of our cancellation policy.

  • Cancellation Policy

    • We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your service.

    • If you do not show up for your appointment or do not call to inform that you will either be late or not able to make the appointment, then you will be charged 100% of the total amount of the service to ensure that your therapist is paid for their time because it is very difficult to rebook a "no-call-no-show" or last minute cancellations.
